We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Training & Placement Executive to coordinate with campuses, support sales and operational activities, and manage placement initiatives. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining relationships with partner campuses, ensuring smooth coordination with internal teams, and supporting placement activities.
Experience: 6 month–1 years of relevant experience in Coordination, Sales Support, Operations, or Training & Placement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with campuses regarding admissions, sales, and operational activities.
- Act as a bridge between campuses and the internal Sales & Operations teams.
- Maintain regular communication with campus authorities and coordinators.
- Support the Sales team in campus engagement and follow-up activities.
- Ensure smooth execution of operational processes and resolve campus-related queries.
- Coordinate and schedule placement drives, interviews, and recruitment activities.
- Track student placement status and maintain accurate records and reports.
- Prepare and share MIS and status reports on a regular basis.
- Handle follow-ups, documentation, and data management activities.
- Support management in achieving business and placement objectives.
Requirements:
- 6 month-1 years of experience in Coordination, Operations, Sales Support, or Training & Placement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel.
- Strong coordination and relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
- Willingness to travel for campus visits, if required.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
