Position Overview
Global Health Alliance (GHA), is inviting applications for the position of Administrative Intern. This is a 3-month paid internship designed for motivated graduates who wish to build a career in administration, operations, and healthcare management.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support.
- Communicate with hospitals, medical colleges, healthcare professionals, and partner organizations across India.
- Make professional calls and follow up with stakeholders regarding meetings, training programmes, and collaborations.
- Organize and coordinate healthcare training programmes, workshops, conferences, and events.
- Schedule meetings and accompany the team for meetings with hospitals, medical institutions, and partner organizations whenever required.
- Support recruitment coordination and general office operations.
- Work closely with the management team on new initiatives and organizational projects.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and travel locally for meetings when required.
