Job Summary
Madhu Engineering Sales & Services is seeking a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Manager to expand our sales and service footprint. The BDM will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and promoting Kirloskar engines, generators, and allied products in assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial, commercial, and institutional sectors
- Promote and sell Kirloskar engines, DG sets, and service solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners
- Conduct site visits, client meetings, and product presentations
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Prepare quotations, tenders, and follow up on negotiations
- Coordinate with service and backend teams for smooth execution
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Maintain CRM records and submit periodic sales reports
Required Skills:
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and client-handling ability
- Knowledge of industrial equipment / engines is an advantage
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Field sales experience preferred
- Basic computer and reporting skills
Qualification
Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Any relevant field
Experience in B2B sales preferred
