- Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Any Degree.
- Good communication skills in malayalam and Tamil.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to handle customers politely and professionally.
- Make and receive calls to support customers and vendors.
- Conduct vendor verification calls and maintain accurate records.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Follow up with customers and vendors as required.
- Maintain updated call logs and reports.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional communication.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
