- Communicate with clients through calls and chats in English
- Handle client inquiries professionally
- Generate leads and maintain client relationships
- Coordinate with the internal team for project discussions
- Manage online bidding and communication platforms
Requirements
- Must be able to communicate fluently in English (Call & Chat)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge is required
- Basic knowledge of website development will be an added advantage
