About the Role
Spark Mindz Resourcing Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Business Development & Client Servicing Executive to help drive business growth while building and maintaining strong client relationships. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Follow up on leads and maintain accurate records in the CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn.
