We are looking for a highly creative yet execution-focused Brand Marketing/Growth Manager to scale Aura Bling
Jewels into a high-growth fashion and jewelry brand. This role involves brand building, social media growth,
influencer collaborations, campaign execution, e-commerce growth, community engagement, viral content
strategy, launch planning, and founder-led content execution. The ideal candidate understands GenZ & millennial
fashion behavior, internet culture, viral marketing, jewelry/fashion storytelling, D2C growth, content psychology,
and e-commerce funnels.
