About the Role
Ready Kitchens & Consulting is looking for a skilled Project Manager / Interior Designer with hands-on experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) or Hospitality industry. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing projects from site measurement to final execution while ensuring quality, timely delivery, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct site visits and take accurate site measurements.
- Prepare detailed 2D layouts and 3D designs based on project requirements.
- Develop space planning, kitchen layouts, and interior concepts.
- Coordinate with clients to understand design requirements and incorporate feedback.
- Prepare project drawings, revisions, and execution plans.
- Manage end-to-end project execution, ensuring work is completed within timelines and quality standards.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, fabricators, and site teams.
- Monitor on-site progress and resolve execution-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and project budgets.
- Submit regular project progress updates to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in F&B or Hospitality projects is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of commercial kitchen planning and restaurant interiors.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, 3ds Max, Lumion, or similar 2D/3D design software.
- Excellent understanding of site execution, materials, and project coordination.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Willingness to travel for site visits and project execution.
Preferred Candidate
- Experience in restaurant, café, cloud kitchen, hotel, or hospitality projects.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with strong planning and execution skills.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
