The QA/QC Pharma Machine Operator is responsible for operating, monitoring, cleaning, and maintaining pharmaceutical manufacturing and testing equipment while ensuring compliance with GMP, SOPs, and quality standards. The role includes inspection, documentation, calibration checks, and quality verification during production processes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Operate pharmaceutical production and packaging machines safely and efficiently.
- Set machine parameters according to batch manufacturing records (BMR).
- Monitor machine performance during production runs.
- Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report major breakdowns.
Quality Assurance / Quality Control
- Perform in-process quality checks.
- Inspect tablets, capsules, syrups, injections, or packaging materials.
- Ensure products meet GMP and regulatory standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and contamination control.
Documentation
- Maintain accurate production and QC records.
- Fill logbooks, calibration records, and batch documents.
- Follow SOPs and validation protocols.
Maintenance & Calibration
- Assist in machine cleaning, preventive maintenance, and calibration.
- Coordinate with engineering and maintenance teams.
Compliance & Safety
- Follow cGMP, FDA, WHO, and safety guidelines.
- Wear PPE and maintain hygienic practices.
- Participate in audits and inspections.

Required Qualifications
