About the Role
MAcare is looking for a responsible and energetic Driver to support our healthcare operations across Valappad, Cherpu, Mathilakam, and nearby locations. The candidate will be responsible for sample collection, stock transfers, medicine delivery, and staff transportation while ensuring safe and timely service.
Key Responsibilities
· Collect laboratory samples from designated local areas and transport them safely to the laboratory.
· Transfer medicines, laboratory consumables, and other materials between MAcare branches and units.
· Deliver medicines and healthcare-related items to patients' homes.
· Provide transportation support for employees during night shifts and emergency situations.
· Maintain accurate delivery and stock movement records.
· Conduct daily vehicle inspections and ensure vehicle cleanliness and roadworthiness.
· Monitor fuel usage and report maintenance requirements.
· Ensure all vehicle documents are valid and updated.
· Follow traffic regulations and maintain safe driving practices at all times.
Eligibility Criteria
· Plus Two (Higher Secondary) qualification.
· Valid LMV Driving Licence (Mandatory).
· Age between 20 and 30 years.
· Good knowledge of routes in Valappad, Cherpu, Mathilakam, and nearby areas.
· Prior experience in driving, logistics, courier services, or healthcare transportation is preferred.
