The Operations Head will be responsible for end-to-end delivery, profitability, compliance, and customer satisfaction across all CLR locations Pan-India.
This role owns P&L, service excellence, manpower governance, client retention, compliance, digitisation of operations, and leadership development.
The incumbent will be a strategic operator + execution champion who builds strong regional teams, drives standardisation, ensures statutory compliance, and continuously improves service quality across Healthcare, BFSI, Corporate Offices, Retail, Education, and Industrial facilities.
