We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Academic Counsellors / Telecallers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for counseling prospective learners, handling inbound and outbound calls, generating admissions, and providing excellent customer service throughout the admission process.
Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective learners about courses, training programs, and career opportunities.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate admissions.
- Follow up with prospective learners and convert leads into enrollments.
- Generate new leads through referrals, online platforms, and other lead-generation activities.
- Achieve admission and sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions using CRM tools.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Academic teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Conduct presentations, workshops, and promotional activities when required.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with learners and parents.
- Provide excellent customer support before and after admission.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong counseling, sales, and negotiation skills.
- Positive attitude with a target-oriented mindset.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple follow-ups effectively.
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree (Preferred).
- 0–1 year of experience in Academic Counseling, Telecalling, Sales, Customer Support, or Business Development is preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
