We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Data Operator to assist with data entry, document management, and operational support. This is a contract role, ideal for someone who is organized, comfortable working on computers, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Compensation: Rs.15000 - Rs.20000 per month
Key Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain data in spreadsheets and internal systems
- Organize and manage digital files and documents
- Clean and prepare data for reporting and internal use
- Compile product, customer, and inventory information
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and proper formatting of all data
- Generate basic reports and summaries
- Coordinate with internal teams for data verification
- Perform administrative tasks such as formatting documents and file management
Requirements
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in MS Office (Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Good typing speed and attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to follow structured processes
- Comfortable working with data and structured information
- Ability to work independently
