Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and leads interested in buying, selling, or investing in properties.
- Explain project details, property features, pricing, and payment plans to prospective clients.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Schedule site visits and meetings between clients and sales executives.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested customers.
- Update customer information and call records in CRM/software.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve basic queries.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in Hindi and basic English.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Comfortable making a high volume of calls daily.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM software, and computer operations.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
Pay: ₹8,515.87 - ₹15,000.00 per month
