Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the company's growth. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills with a passion for achieving targets and expanding business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential business prospects.
- Present company products and services to prospective clients.
- Schedule and conduct meetings, calls, and product demonstrations.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and close business deals.
- Follow up with leads and maintain an updated sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and business activities in CRM systems.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business development goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Client Acquisition, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Good understanding of sales processes and customer acquisition strategies.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the healthcare, wellness, nutraceutical, or e-commerce industry.
- Freshers with MBA who are confident communicators and eager to build a career in business development are encouraged to apply.
- Knowledge of lead generation tools and digital sales channels.
- handling B2C sales.
Working Hours
Monday to Saturday
Day Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
