What You’ll Do
- Build & Expand – Identify and onboard new corporate clients with recurring and seasonal gifting needs.
- Curate & Recommend – Collaborate with our sourcing team to create bespoke gifting collections for occasions like Diwali, New Year, and employee rewards.
- Consult & Sell – Understand client needs and offer tailored gifting solutions.
- Deliver Delight – Ensure seamless execution and timely delivery of gifting orders.
- Strengthen Partnerships – Become the go-to partner for your clients by nurturing trust and long-term relationships.
- Drive Growth – Consistently achieve sales targets while spotting new business opportunities.

- New Client Acquisition – Meet quarterly targets for new client onboarding.

- Client Retention – Maintain 85%+ annual client retention through relationship management.
- Operational Excellence – Deliver all gifting orders with 98%+ error-free execution.
- Lead Funnel Health – Maintain and grow an active lead funnel; report progress weekly.
- Client Feedback & Innovation – Capture client insights and suggest at least one new product/idea every quarter.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–4 years of proven experience in corporate gifting, festive gifting, or B2B sales.
- A strong professional network within Bangalore’s corporate circles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a flair for creative solutions.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Prior experience managing large festive gifting projects.
