- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with clients and hiring managers.
- Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Build strong candidate relationships and ensure a positive hiring experience.
Research & Business Development Executive (RBDE) Key Responsibilities
- Research IT and non-IT job requirements and hiring companies through job portals and web sources.
- Identify and qualify potential clients based on hiring needs.
- Generate and maintain quality client leads in Excel/CRM.
- Contact clients and manage business development communications.
- Coordinate with clients until successful candidate placement.
- Conduct web research using Boolean search and emerging technology keywords to achieve daily targets.
