Responsibilities & Roles:
1. To manage and work with automation machinery equipment (clean room).
2. To control and regularly maintain of automation control system and M&E equipment maintenance with daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly checks and preparing report.
3. To perform system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs.
4. To planning and executing new or update control systems of software and hardware.
5. Identifying potential problems and notifying the relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
6. To execute improvement projects as per planned in order to increase the efficiency & reliability of production machine.
7. To carry out routine maintenance work and respond to equipment faults.
8. To minimize downtime by conducting effective troubleshooting, diagnose breakdown problems and improvement projects.
9. To deal with emergencies, unplanned problems and repairs with the team with 24/7 on-call support service.
10. Complete detailed reports listing requests to technical assistance, steps taken to resolve them, and the specific dates / individuals involved.
11. To control maintenance tools, stores and equipment.
12. Any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor or Diploma in Computer Science/Software Engineering/Information of Technology/Electrical or Electronic Engineering/Mechanical/Mechatronics or any related engineering field Job position is also open for Junior/Entry level.
- Ability to work in shifts as required based on customer operation schedule.
- Strongly with Microsoft office knowledge.
- Ability to manage the customer service and have good communication skills and technical support.
- Additional knowledge in PC based machine control, system application & programming and logic control.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, able to work independently.
- Able to travel to customer site project.
