About the Role
Window World is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain financial records, and support the finance team in ensuring accurate and timely accounting activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoices, payments, receipts, and outstanding follow-ups.
- Perform bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, debit/credit notes, and other accounting documents.
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance and ensure timely filing/documentation.
- Maintain proper records of purchases, sales, expenses, receipts, and payments.
- Coordinate with vendors and customers regarding payments, invoices, and account-related queries.
- Assist in preparation of monthly financial reports and MIS.
- Monitor outstanding payments and support timely collection and settlement.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records.
- Coordinate with internal departments for accounting-related requirements.
- Support the senior finance team in audits and other financial requirements.
- Perform other accounting and finance-related duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in accounting/finance operations.
- Good knowledge of Tally/ERP accounting software and MS Excel.
- Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic accounting principles.
- Strong understanding of ledger management and reconciliation.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Preferred Candidate
Candidates with experience in construction, building materials, manufacturing, doors & windows, façade, or a related industry will be preferred.
