3. Find out what the Customers require and act upon that.
4. Mapping the localities and conducting locality camps to get more no. of service vehicle
Customers.
5. Responsible for taking proper inventory vehicle during pick-up.
6. Avoid wrong commitments and unwanted information sharing with Customer.
7. You should share all information with the concerned Service Advisor including
Customer profile and expectations .
8. You should clarify any specific noise related complaints to the Service Advisor and if
necessary you should take road test along with the Service Advisor to explain the specific noise
complaints .
9. Recheck the vehicle for cleanliness both interior and exterior before drop.

11. You must take road test with Customer if necessary and show replaced parts to him.
12. in case, eustomer is having any doubts related to invoice, you should clarify it with the
concerned Service
Advisor over phone .
13. Confrrmation of inventory to the Customer and taking sign on the job card.
14. Carry pick-up vehicle job slip.
15. Responsible for any additional duties and responsibilities entrusted by Superiors/ Management.
16. You should be neatly dressed in uniform with name tag.
17. Cash collected from customers must be deposited to cashier on same or latest by next day and to
obtain the receipt without fail.
18. Smart Pick 100% to be done in Smart Pick-up App.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
