We are looking for an experienced media buyer to plan, negotiate, and execute advertising campaigns across television and print media platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong industry connections, negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of media planning, audience targeting, TRPs, circulation metrics, and campaign optimization.
The role involves coordinating with TV channels, newspaper publishers, agencies, and internal marketing teams to ensure maximum visibility, reach, and ROI for advertising campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and purchase advertising space/time across television channels and newspapers.
- Develop media buying strategies based on campaign objectives and target audience.
- Negotiate rates, placements, bonus spots, and added value opportunities with media vendors.
- Analyze TRPs, readership data, circulation reports, and audience insights to optimize media spends.
- Coordinate with creative and marketing teams for campaign scheduling and execution.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare detailed media reports.
- Ensure timely release of advertisements and maintain media schedules.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media houses, broadcasters, and publishers.
- Track competitor advertising activities and industry trends.
- Manage media budgets efficiently and ensure cost-effective media buying.
- Handle last-minute scheduling changes and media requirements professionally.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
