The person will be responsible for handling parent inquiries, converting leads into admissions, coordinating school visits, maintaining follow-ups, and supporting marketing and outreach activities.

Key Responsibilities
Admissions & Lead Management
Handle all admission inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, walkins, social media, and website leads.
Counsel parents about the preschool’s curriculum, facilities, teaching approach, and programs.
Schedule and coordinate school visits and parent meetings.
Maintain daily followup with prospective parents until admission closure.
Ensure timely conversion of inquiries into confirmed admissions.
Reporting & Coordination
Share daily/weekly admission status reports with management.
Track inquiry to admission conversion metrics.
Coordinate with school management and academic staff during admissions.
Required Skills
Strong communication skills in English.
Ability to speak Kannada and Hindi is an added advantage.
Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp Business, and social media.
Organized and proactive approach to followups.
Preferred Experience
1–5 years of experience in admissions, counseling, sales, customer relationship, or preschool/school administration.
Experience in education industry is preferred.
Salary
Based on experience and performance.
Incentives can be provided based on admission targets achieved.
Working Days & Timing
Monday to Saturday
Timing: 10-1 PM
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
