Job Overview
Mindware Infotech is looking for an experienced and growth-minded Node.js Developer to design and build scalable, real-world enterprise applications. You will work on advanced SaaS platforms, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Point of Sale (POS) software, and IoT-integrated Track & Trace systems.

Eligibility & Qualification Criteria
- Education: B.Tech / M.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years of professional backend development experience.
- Commitment: Looking for candidates ready for a long-term commitment (1+ Year).
- Strict Note: Full-time in-office only. Students, part-time applicants, or those pursuing ongoing courses will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Backend Development: Build, optimize, and maintain highly scalable backend services using Node.js.
- API Architecture: Design and implement secure, high-performance REST APIs.
- Database Management: Optimize queries and handle database schemas (SQL/NoSQL).
- System Integration: Work closely with frontend teams and handle IoT integrations.
- Server & Cloud: Manage deployment, server configurations, and debugging on cloud platforms.
Technical Skills Required
- Core: Strong expertise in Node.js and JavaScript (ES6+).
- Frameworks: Hands-on experience with Express.js or NestJS.
- Databases: Proficient in MySQL or MongoDB.
- Cloud/Hosting: Practical experience with VPS / Cloud Hosting (AWS, DigitalOcean, etc.).
Good to Have (Preferred):
- Experience in SaaS product development.
- Familiarity with WebSockets and real-time application data flow.
- Understanding of microservices architecture and IoT integrations.
