About the Role
RENEW ENERGY SOLUTIONS is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Branch Manager to oversee branch operations, lead teams, drive sales and collections, and ensure smooth execution of rooftop solar projects under the PM Surya Ghar – Muft Bijli Yojana.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the solar industry, excellent leadership skills, and a good understanding of the rooftop solar customer journey, subsidy/CFA process, and DISCOM coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day branch operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the branch team to achieve business objectives.
- Drive customer acquisition, sales growth, and collection targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch-level targets.
- Ensure smooth execution of rooftop solar projects under PM Surya Ghar – Muft Bijli Yojana.
- Coordinate with customers, sales teams, technical teams, installation teams, and other departments.
- Monitor the application process, documentation, subsidy/CFA requirements, and DISCOM coordination.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Track branch performance, sales, collections, leads, and project status.
- Analyze performance and implement corrective action plans where required.
- Prepare regular reports and provide updates to management.
- Ensure company policies, quality standards, and processes are followed.
Requirements
- B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering OR MBA.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the Solar Industry.
- Must have experience with PM Surya Ghar – Muft Bijli Yojana / rooftop solar projects.
- Good knowledge of the solar application process, subsidy/CFA, and DISCOM coordination.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales and collection targets.
- Good communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Willingness to travel when required.
