The role involves client acquisition, market research, lead generation, digital marketing, proposal preparation, and relationship management. Candidates should have 2–5 years of experience, preferably in construction, engineering, architecture, or real estate. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and social media marketing is preferred. Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development is required.
