Project Delivery & Client Engagement Lead
Location: Chennai (Sholinganallur)

We are looking for a dynamic professional who can effectively manage client relationships, lead teams, and ensure seamless project delivery. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling client communications, providing timely project updates, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring all required support is delivered to clients whenever needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
- Manage and nurture client relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular client meetings and share timely project status updates.
- Coordinate with internal teams to track deliverables, dependencies, and project milestones.
- Ensure all client requirements and support requests are addressed promptly.
- Identify project risks, escalations, and blockers, and drive resolution.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with client expectations.
- Drive accountability, collaboration, and effective communication across teams.
Skills & Experience Required
- 5–8 years of experience in Client Management, Account Management, Project Delivery, Project Coordination, or Client Engagement.
- Strong experience in handling clients and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Experience in leading and coordinating teams to achieve delivery goals.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage project reporting, escalations, and client communications.
- Understanding of Agile project delivery methodologies is preferred.

Candidates must be based in Chennai.
Professionals with experience as Account Managers, Client Success Managers, Client Relationship Managers, Delivery Coordinators, or similar client-facing roles are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹690,695.28 - ₹1,286,998.20 per year
