Key Responsibilities
- Recruit doctors, nurses, technicians, administrative staff, and support staff as per hospital requirements.
- Maintain updated employee records, appointment letters, job descriptions, attendance, leave, and duty rosters.
- Coordinate onboarding, induction, training, and orientation of new employees.
- Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, grooming, discipline, and professional conduct.
- Support department heads in performance reviews, staff feedback, and manpower planning.
- Handle employee grievances, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and exit formalities.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, leave records, overtime, incentives, and deductions with the accounts department.
- Ensure compliance with hospital HR policies, labour laws, statutory records, and documentation.
- Organize staff training on patient handling, communication, hospital protocols, safety, and infection control.
- Promote a positive work culture focused on accountability, teamwork, patient care, and professionalism.
Reporting
The HR Manager will report to the Hospital Administrator / Director and will coordinate closely with all department heads.
Key Accountability
The HR Manager will be accountable for maintaining adequate staffing, employee discipline, timely HR documentation, smooth payroll coordination, staff retention, and overall improvement in hospital work culture.
Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
