About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and hardworking Solar Technicians to join our growing solar energy team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting in the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of rooftop solar power systems for residential, commercial, and industrial customers.
Freshers with a passion for electrical work and renewable energy are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation of rooftop solar panels, structures, and electrical components.
- DC and AC wiring of solar power systems.
- Installation of solar inverters, earthing systems, and safety equipment.
- Testing and commissioning of solar plants.
- Routine maintenance and troubleshooting of solar systems.
- Site visits and technical inspections.
- Ensuring adherence to safety standards and company procedures.
- Coordinating with supervisors and project teams for timely project execution.
- Maintaining service reports and installation records.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass
- ITI (Electrical/Electrician/Wireman) candidates will be preferred.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic understanding of electrical systems will be an added advantage.
- Must be physically fit and comfortable working at heights.
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license is mandatory.
- Willingness to travel for site visits and project work.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
