Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and target-oriented Business Development Executive who can generate business opportunities, connect with business owners, and help companies improve their customer enquiry and sales process through digital systems.
This role is focused on:
- Lead generation
- Client acquisition
- Business meetings
- Demo coordination
- Revenue growth
Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify potential businesses through Google, Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and field visits
- Generate daily leads from local businesses and SMEs
- Contact prospects through calls, WhatsApp, email, and direct outreach
Client Communication
- Explain myBpage services and WhatsApp automation solutions
- Understand business problems and identify opportunities
- Build relationships with business owners and decision-makers
Meeting & Demo Coordination
- Schedule online/offline meetings
- Coordinate demos for WhatsApp automation and digital solutions
- Follow up regularly with interested prospects
Sales & Revenue Contribution
- Convert leads into paying clients
- Support onboarding process after client confirmation
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
Required Skills
- Strong communication and convincing ability
- Confidence in speaking with business owners
- Basic understanding of WhatsApp, Instagram, and digital marketing
- Self-motivated and result-driven attitude
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines
Compensation Structure Fixed Salary
₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month
Performance Incentives
- Incentive per converted client
- Additional incentives on achieving monthly targets
- Extra rewards for yearly plan conversions
