We are looking for a passionate Junior Software Engineer who is eager to learn, build software, and grow in a startup environment. You will work closely with experienced team members to develop web applications using modern technologies and gain hands-on experience in Agentic AI.
Preference will be given to candidates residing in or around Karamadai, Coimbatore.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web applications.
- Understand client requirements and translate them into software solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Learn and work with Agentic AI and modern software development practices.
- Debug, test, and improve application quality.
- Collaborate effectively within an Agile team.
Requirements
- Fresher or up to 1 year of experience.
- Any Bachelor's Degree (B.A., B.Sc., B.Com., BCA, BBA, B.E./B.Tech, or equivalent).
- Strong interest in programming and software development.
- Willingness to learn Agentic AI and emerging technologies.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good typing speed.
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
- Creative thinking with an Agile mindset.
- Accountable, responsible, and eager to learn.
- Comfortable working in a startup and small team environment.
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Nice to Have
- Basic knowledge of PHP, JavaScript, Python, React, or Laravel.
