Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive with 2–3 years of experience to manage end-to-end HR operations in a fast-growing medical billing (RCM) environment. The role involves recruitment, employee lifecycle management, attendance and payroll coordination, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for medical billing roles (AR callers, billing executives, payment posters, etc.)
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and consultancies
- Conduct initial screening, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers
- Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and induction
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management
- Coordinate payroll inputs (attendance, leaves, deductions) with accounts team
- Manage employee engagement activities and retention initiatives
- Address employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary matters
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements
- Support performance appraisal process and maintain HR MIS reports
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–3 years of experience in HR (preferably in medical billing / BPO / healthcare domain)
- Strong experience in recruitment and employee lifecycle management
- Familiarity with HRMS tools and MS Excel
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring targets
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience hiring for US medical billing / RCM roles
- Understanding of night shift hiring and BPO environment
- Basic knowledge of labour laws and HR compliance
- Exposure to payroll coordination and HR analytics
