Clarity is looking for empathetic, patient, and compassionate individuals to join our team as Professional Listeners. In this role, you will provide emotional support by engaging users in meaningful conversations, offering a safe and non-judgmental space where they feel heard and understood.
We are looking for individuals who:
- Have good communication skills in English and knows any of these Language - Tamil/ Telegu/ Malayalam/ Kannada.
- Demonstrate a high level of empathy, emotional maturity, and patience.
- Are committed to maintaining user privacy and confidentiality at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage in voice and/or chat conversations with users in a compassionate and respectful manner.
- Listen actively with empathy, patience, and without judgment.
- Follow all platform guidelines, safety protocols, and confidentiality standards.
- Maintain professionalism and treat every interaction with respect and sensitivity.
Please note: This is not a therapy or counselling role. The position focuses solely on emotional support and active listening.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
