Role Description:
E*nterprise automation leveraging AI initiatives by combining hands-on UiPath RPA delivery* with Azure-native AI/GenAI architecture to build scalable, production-grade solutions. Drive end-to-end delivery across automation, AI, cloud, SAP, and enterprise integrations.
Responsibilities:
- Define and lead enterprise automation and AI strategy across UiPath RPA, Azure AI, GenAI, and cloud-native solutions.
- Own end-to-end delivery from discovery and architecture through build, deployment, governance, and hypercare.
- Establish CoE governance, reusable accelerators, LLMOps practices, prioritization models, and ROI tracking.
- Architect and deliver scalable UiPath automations, including attended, unattended, and hybrid bots with strong controls.
- Design GenAI/LLM, RAG, prompt-engineering, and agentic automation solutions integrated into business workflows.
- Lead Azure AI, DevOps, SAP S/4HANA, and enterprise platform integrations across key business processes.
- Partner with business, IT, auditors, and vendors to ensure secure, compliant, audit-ready, and well-communicated delivery.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years in IT, including 5+ years leading enterprise-scale automation and AI initiatives.
- Proven end-to-end delivery ownership from discovery, architecture, build, deployment, governance, and hypercare.
- Experience establishing or scaling Automation/AI CoE models with intake, governance, accelerators, and ROI tracking.
- Hands-on UiPath delivery experience with Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework, Document Understanding, AI Center, and Action Center.
- Hands-on Azure AI/GenAI delivery using Azure OpenAI, AI Foundry, AI Search, Document Intelligence, embeddings, RAG, and prompt engineering.
- Strong knowledge of agentic AI frameworks, LLMOps, DevOps, CI/CD, observability, cost optimization, and AI safety controls.
- Experience with SAP integration, including at least one SAP S/4HANA program, plus enterprise platform integrations.
- Experience working in audit, compliance, SOX, ITGC, or similarly controlled enterprise environments.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical thinking, governance focus, and ability to lead cross-geography teams.
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
