Salary: ₹27,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day backend office operations and administrative activities.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and other business documents.
- Coordinate with the sales, production, dispatch, and accounts teams.
- Maintain customer, vendor, and inventory records.
- Handle email correspondence, client communication, and follow-ups.
- Prepare MIS reports and maintain accurate documentation.
- Update and manage data using Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
- Support order processing and ensure smooth coordination between departments.
- Assist management with operational and administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in backend office operations, administration, or sales coordination.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Google Workspace.
- Experience with ERP software is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
