We are seeking a dedicated and professional Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and the ability to handle customer interactions effectively. The role involves contacting potential customers, explaining company services, and maintaining positive client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
- Explain company services and provide accurate information to customers
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular customer communication
- Maintain customer records and update details regularly
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding customer requirements
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Tamil and basic English
- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to work in a team environment
