Position: Executive Assistant
Location: Noida Sector 63
Job Summary:
We are looking for a professional and well-organized Executive Assistant to provide direct support to the Director and Executive Director while also assisting the HR team in various administrative and coordination activities. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational abilities, and the capability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide dedicated administrative and operational support to the Director and Executive Director.
- Manage schedules, meetings, appointments, and daily coordination for senior management.
- Handle follow-ups and coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Assist the HR team with recruitment coordination, interview scheduling, employee documentation, and HR-related activities.
- Manage emails, correspondence, and other administrative responsibilities.
- Support management in day-to-day business activities and special assignments.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Admin Coordinator, or similar role.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email).
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
