Job Description
We are looking for a Civil Engineer with 2–3 years of experience in construction materials or the concrete industry to join our Technical Sales team. You will be the resident expert for all concrete-related operations, from evaluating mix designs to troubleshooting structural anomalies like cracking, scaling, or curing failures.
This role combines technical expertise with client interaction, requiring regular site visits, product trials, technical support, and close coordination with internal teams. The ideal candidate should be proactive, technically sound, and comfortable working both on-site and in production environments.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct product testing and trials at client sites.
Provide technical support during product application and performance evaluation.
Assist in converting successful product trials into long-term business opportunities.
Prepare and maintain trial reports, technical documentation, and customer feedback records.
Support production operations and quality control activities.
Coordinate with Sales and Production teams for smooth project execution.
Visit customer sites regularly to provide technical assistance and ensure successful product implementation.
Qualifications
B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering
2–3 years of relevant experience in construction materials, concrete technology, or related industries.
Strong technical understanding of concrete and cementitious materials.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Hands-on approach with the ability to work in both factory and site environments.
Willingness to travel as required for customer visits and project support.
