Key Responsibilities:
· Assist chefs and cooks in basic food preparation (washing, peeling, cutting vegetables, etc.)
· Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas
· Wash dishes, pots, and pans
· Ensure proper storage of food and supplies
· Dispose of kitchen waste and maintain garbage areas
· Refill supplies such as ingredients, utensils, and cleaning materials
· Help in receiving and storing deliveries
· Follow food safety and hygiene standards
· Support kitchen staff during busy hours
Skills & Requirements:
· Basic knowledge of kitchen operations
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
· Physical stamina (standing for long hours, lifting items)
· Good hygiene and cleanliness practices
· Teamwork and communication skills
· Willingness to learn and follow instructions
