Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to identify business opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Present, promote, and sell products or services to clients.
- Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports and forecasts.
- Follow up on leads and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Strong problem-solving and customer relationship management skills.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
