Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Test Lead to join our enterprise technology team. You will contribute to
testing microservices-based applications using Core Java and Spring Boot, integrating with Oracle DB
for scalable backend solutions
Key Responsibilities
Led test strategy, planning, and execution for core banking, digital banking, payments, and lending
applications.
Analyze business requirements and translated them into comprehensive test scenarios and cases.
Perform functional, integration, system, end-to-end, and regression testing across multiple banking
platforms.
Design and maintain test automation frameworks for UI and API testing; identified high-value
regression candidates.
Integrated automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to improve release quality and reduce cycle time.
Conduct backend and database validation using SQL to verify ledger postings, balances, and
transaction integrity.
Manage defect lifecycle, including logging, prioritization, root cause analysis, and closure with
development teams.
Perform risk-based testing for high-impact banking transactions and regulatory features.
Mentor junior testers on banking domain concepts, testing best practices, and automation tools.
Implement AI based testing solutions
