What You’ll Do
- Own problems end-to-end — from understanding user needs to shipping high quality experiences
- Turn vague ideas into clear flows, structured thinking, and elegant UI
- Design fast, iterate faster — ship, learn, refine
- Use AI tools to accelerate exploration, prototyping, and decision-making
- Work closely with founders, product, and engineering to shape what we build (not just how it looks)
- Balance user needs, business goals, and tech constraints without over indexing on any one
- Raise the bar on craft — interaction, visual polish, and usability
- Contribute to a scalable design system as the product grows

AI-First Design Mindset
We expect designers to actively use AI in their workflow:
- Generate multiple UI directions quickly using AI tools
- Create rapid prototypes without over-investing time
- Use AI for research synthesis, copy exploration, and edge-case thinking
- Continuously experiment with new tools and workflows
Skills & Experience
- 2–6 years in product/UI/UX design
- Strong proficiency in Figma (or similar tools)
- Ability to create flows, wireframes, and high-quality UI
- Experience with design systems and responsive design
- Comfortable working closely with engineers and understanding constraints
- Portfolio that shows thinking, iteration, and impact — not just final screens
Bonus (But Valuable)
- Experience in 0→1 or early-stage product environments
- Familiarity with motion, micro-interactions, or prototyping tools
- Basic understanding of frontend (HTML/CSS)
- Exposure to data-driven design or experimentation
