Role Overview
We are hiring a B2B Sales Executive (Solar) to drive sales of MC4 connectors, DC cables, and solar BoS components.
This is a pure sales + closure role. We are looking for someone who has already sold solar or electrical products and understands the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and close leads from:
- Solar EPC contractors
- Installers and distributors
- Handle RFQs, quotations, negotiations, and order closures
- Build strong relationships with solar industry clients
- Coordinate internally for pricing and dispatch
- Achieve monthly revenue targets
Mandatory Requirements
- 2–3 years experience in solar / electrical B2B sales
- Must have sold solar components / cables / electrical products
- Strong network in EPC / contractor ecosystem preferred
- Comfortable with cold calling + field visits
- Proven ability to close deals (not just generate leads)
Compensation
- Fixed: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000/month
- Incentives: 1–2% per order value (uncapped)
