Responsibilities
✔ Handle customer queries via calls, emails, and chat.
✔ Assist with flight bookings, cancellations, changes, and refunds.
✔ Resolve customer concerns and ensure a seamless travel experience.
✔ Coordinate with internal teams for timely issue resolution.
✔ Maintain high customer satisfaction and service standards.
Requirements
✅ Minimum 1 year of experience in the travel industry.
✅ Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
✅ Knowledge of flight booking, cancellation, and refund processes.
✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
