Job Summary
Society Tea is looking for dynamic professionals to join our Corporate Gifting Sales team. The role involves driving corporate gifting business through lead generation, client relationship management, business development, and smooth execution of gifting orders across corporates, distributors, gifting agencies, and HORECA clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and develop new business opportunities in the corporate gifting segment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporates, distributors, gifting agencies, and HORECA clients.
- Conduct cold calling, client meetings, follow-ups, and business presentations.
- Promote gifting products, seasonal catalogues, and customized gifting solutions.
- Coordinate order execution, packaging approvals, dispatch timelines, and customer communication.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely responses and effective coordination.
- Maintain sales pipeline reports, MIS trackers, and client databases.
- Coordinate with internal teams including logistics, warehouse, and marketing for smooth execution.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2–5 years of experience in Corporate Sales, B2B Sales, Corporate Gifting, FMCG, Hospitality, or HORECA Sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
- Experience in lead generation and business development.
- Good coordination and execution management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools preferred.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
