Key Responsibilities:
Conduct Attrition RAG Analysis to identify trends and propose retention strategiesManage Performance Improvement Plans (PIP) and support employee developmentEnsure HR compliance with company policies and statutory regulationsPartner with leadership to drive employee engagement and organizational effectivenessSupport day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, documentation, and grievance handling
Minimum 1 year of HR experience in a generalist roleStrong knowledge of attrition analysis, compliance frameworks, and performance managementExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
