Marketing and Business Development Manager (BDM) Intern
About the Role
We're looking for a motivated Business Development Intern to join our team and support our growth initiatives. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales, client relationship management, and market research.
Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential leads, clients, and business opportunities
- Assist in building and maintaining relationships with prospective clients
- Support the sales team in outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Help prepare pitches, proposals, and presentations
- Conduct market and competitor research
- Maintain and update CRM data and lead trackers
- Assist in organizing meetings, demos, and follow-ups
- Collaborate with marketing on campaigns to generate leads
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace
- Prior sales or internship experience is a plus (not mandatory)
