We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead industrial construction projects from planning to completion. The candidate should have strong expertise in project execution, contractor and consultant coordination, tendering, budgeting, quality control, and PEB construction.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage industrial construction projects (minimum 30,000 sq. ft.).
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors, and internal teams.
Handle project planning, master layouts, site surveys, and execution.
Manage tendering, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Monitor construction quality, safety, and project progress.
Oversee PEB installation and ensure compliance with project specifications.
Conduct regular site inspections and resolve project-related issues.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
15–20 years of experience in industrial construction projects.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in PEB construction and quality control.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, surveying, and layout planning.
Strong skills in budgeting, contractor management, and project leadership.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in industrial, warehouse, infrastructure, or factory projects.
Strong communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
