About the Role
Acodez IT Solutions is looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience in managing paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate should be analytical, data-driven, and passionate about delivering measurable marketing results.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid platforms.
- Manage lead generation and e-commerce campaigns.
- Monitor and optimize KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, and conversion rates.
- Set up and maintain conversion tracking using GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, and Conversion API.
- Conduct A/B testing and collaborate with creative teams to improve campaign performance.
- Prepare performance reports and provide optimization recommendations.
Requirements
- 2–3+ years of experience in Performance Marketing or Paid Media.
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Knowledge of GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, and Conversion API.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Agency experience is preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
