- Welcome customers entering the store and guide them to the appropriate sales representatives.
- Understand customer requirements and ensure prompt assistance.
- Maintain a friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, promotions, warranties, and services.
- Coordinate with sales, service, and delivery teams to resolve customer concerns.
- Manage customer feedback and ensure timely follow-up.
- Receive and document customer complaints.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
- Track complaints until closure and keep customers informed.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
