We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Developer with around 5 years of industry experience to design, develop, and deploy machine learning and AI solutions for enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will have strong foundations in ML/DL, solid programming skills, and experience taking models from experimentation to production.
Solution Design & Development

Design, implement, and optimize machine learning, deep learning, and AI-based solutions for real-world business problems.

Translate functional requirements into scalable ML architectures and pipelines.

Build, evaluate, and iterate on models using appropriate algorithms and frameworks.
Model Lifecycle Management

Perform end-to-end model development: data exploration, feature engineering, model training, validation, and tuning.

Implement MLOps best practices for model versioning, deployment, monitoring, and retraining.

Collaborate with DevOps/Cloud teams to deploy models to production (batch, real-time, or streaming).
Data Engineering & Pipelines

Work closely with data engineers to design robust data pipelines and ETL processes.

Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance practices are followed.

Handle large datasets and optimize data processing performance.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

Work with product owners, business stakeholders, and architects to understand requirements and define AI/ML roadmaps.

Present insights, model performance, and trade-offs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the AI/ML team.
Quality, Security & Compliance

Ensure AI solutions adhere to organizational standards for security, privacy, and compliance.

Implement unit tests, integration tests, and code reviews for ML components.

Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and best practices.
Education
-
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field (or equivalent industry experience).
Technical Skills

Strong programming skills in Python (preferred) and familiarity with one or more: Java, Scala, R.

Hands-on experience with ML/DL frameworks: scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch (at least one in depth).

Experience with data manipulation and analysis using Pandas, NumPy, SQL.

Solid understanding of supervised, unsupervised, and deep learning techniques (classification, regression, clustering, NLP, computer vision, etc.).

Experience building and consuming REST APIs or microservices for AI/ML features.

Familiarity with MLOps tools and workflows (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring tools).

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and related AI/ML services.

Working knowledge of Git and standard software engineering practices (code review, branching, CI/CD).
Conceptual Knowledge

Strong grasp of statistics, probability, and linear algebra relevant to ML.

Understanding of model explainability, fairness, and ethical AI considerations.

Knowledge of performance optimization techniques: hyperparameter tuning, model compression, etc.
Soft Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Ability to work in an agile environment and handle multiple tasks/projects.

Experience with NLP (transformers, LLMs) or computer vision (CNNs, image processing).
